2019年英國(guó)結(jié)構(gòu)工程師學(xué)會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)大獎(jiǎng)(IStructE Structural Awards 2019)頒獎(jiǎng)典禮在倫敦于11月15日晚落下帷幕,12個(gè)分項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)及最終的卓越結(jié)構(gòu)大獎(jiǎng)懸念揭曉,同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院(集團(tuán))有限公司申報(bào)的淄博潭溪山步行橋斬獲人行橋梁大獎(jiǎng)、長(zhǎng)沙國(guó)際會(huì)展中心獲大跨度結(jié)構(gòu)入圍獎(jiǎng)。

潭溪山步行橋
潭溪山步行橋由同濟(jì)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院張其林教授團(tuán)隊(duì)設(shè)計(jì),它位于山東省淄博市淄川區(qū),是潭溪山風(fēng)景區(qū)的標(biāo)志性建筑。景觀橋?yàn)閱蝹?cè)懸掛式拱梁體系,主拱中心曲線為拋物線,跨度109米,高25米,拱平面與水平面夾角60度,拱截面φ2000×30,拱腳處放大為φ2000~4000×30長(zhǎng)圓形;橋面截面為1m高鋼箱梁,箱型梁中心為圓弧,半徑為85米,矢高20米,橋面寬度2.4米,橋面梁與拱之間設(shè)15根φ45的PE索,單側(cè)懸掛。
評(píng)委會(huì)給予潭溪山步行橋高度評(píng)價(jià):
此橋以其水平掃略的玻璃橋面與豎向斜拱的大跨度優(yōu)雅外形成為當(dāng)?shù)氐貥?biāo)。在這個(gè)山區(qū),玻璃橋面與斜拱相互連接構(gòu)成雕塑的形象,雖是人工所為,卻和諧地融入周邊的自然環(huán)境。是對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的雄心壯志、對(duì)實(shí)際工程的判斷實(shí)施、對(duì)從設(shè)計(jì)到呈現(xiàn)的始終如一,共同造就了這個(gè)橋的成功。在這個(gè)竣工的橋梁中,我們感受到工程師在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)中扮演著的重要角色。
這項(xiàng)工程所面對(duì)的復(fù)雜的地形環(huán)境、狹窄的施工空間和材料運(yùn)輸路徑,對(duì)于整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)都是巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。團(tuán)隊(duì)使用了3D激光掃描技術(shù)對(duì)地形建模,并將其整合到設(shè)計(jì)模型中??紤]到建造可行性和高效性,項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)新地采用了疊合拼裝兩次翻轉(zhuǎn)的施工方法,從而減少臨時(shí)施工措施。為了達(dá)到這個(gè)目的,鉸節(jié)點(diǎn)非常關(guān)鍵,它要在臨時(shí)運(yùn)動(dòng)和永久承載兩種建造工況下有效工作。為此,團(tuán)隊(duì)設(shè)計(jì)了一種特殊的爬行建造設(shè)備以實(shí)現(xiàn)施工。
結(jié)構(gòu)形式的高效也體現(xiàn)在通過(guò)斜拱和橋面板的荷載平衡措施實(shí)現(xiàn)單側(cè)懸掛。在最終的解決方案中,復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)工程問(wèn)題巧妙地通過(guò)優(yōu)雅的形式實(shí)現(xiàn)。
The form of the bridge has created a landmark for the area with its long spanning elegant profile both in the sweeping horizontally curved glass desk and its vertically curved inclined arched support.
Connected by cables, together they generate asculptural form in this mountainous region.It is clearly manmade yet compliments its surrounding natural environment.
The structural engineering ambition, execution of engineering judgement, thoroughness of design and delivery clearly contributed to the success of this bridge.
The engineer’s role as part of a team of close collaborators from many different design and construction professions is evident in the finished bridge.
The bridge is flanked by dramatic mountainous terrain that challenged the team to design for complex topography in a remotesite with narrow construction space and challenging access. The team used 3D laser scanning technology to model the topography and integrated it into the design model. Considerable attention to feasible and efficient construction lead to an innovative two stage rotation of girder and arch construction sequence which reduced the temporary works requirements. To achieve this key hinge joints that performed for both the permanent and staged temporary construction cases were developed and a special climbing construction device was designed for construction of the curved structure.
Efficiency in form was also considered by load balancing arch and deck allowing for a single sided cable solution.The final bridge solution is a sophisticated resolution of complex structural engineering considerations realised in an elegant form.
長(zhǎng)沙國(guó)際會(huì)展中心
長(zhǎng)沙國(guó)際會(huì)展中心由丁潔民大師領(lǐng)銜,建筑主創(chuàng)為曾群、文小琴團(tuán)隊(duì),結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)為丁潔民、張崢、萬(wàn)月榮,許曉梁,李璐團(tuán)隊(duì)。它位于長(zhǎng)沙城市南部綜合發(fā)展帶上,包括南北登錄廳、展館、連廊、室外展場(chǎng)四個(gè)部分,總建筑面積約445100平方米。室內(nèi)展覽面積為177500平方米,室外展覽面積85000平方米。相鄰兩個(gè)展廳組成屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)相連的整體,其平面投影為207米X162米,屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)最大跨度81米,屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)高度為18.9米~32.1米。工程分兩期建設(shè),一期包含北側(cè)登錄廳和四組八個(gè)展廳。屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)體系采用下凹式張弦梁結(jié)構(gòu),主梁貼合屋蓋造型布置,彌補(bǔ)了下凹形態(tài)導(dǎo)致的剛度不足的缺點(diǎn),又滿足通透的觀感要求,無(wú)需吊頂。

今年是中國(guó)結(jié)構(gòu)工程界的豐收年,中國(guó)公司在高聳及細(xì)長(zhǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、人行橋梁、小型項(xiàng)目、建筑物結(jié)構(gòu)技藝四個(gè)分項(xiàng)中獲得大獎(jiǎng),獲獎(jiǎng)數(shù)量創(chuàng)歷史新高。
